                        Unit  three  My  Friends

 Teaching Aims:

1.      Ability Objectives

(1)   To introduce your friend and his /her characters .Such as : My friend is strong. He has short hair .

(2)   To say the hobbies of your friends or yours .such as: I like music . She likes science .

(3)   To ask one’s name : What’s his /her name ?

(4)   Sing the song : Friends .

(1)   Master the right writing form of letters : S-Z, and read the words.

(2)   Master the four-skilled words: teacher , student , boy , girl , friend .

(2)   To say the opposite words

The teacher say a word , and the Ss say the opposite words quickly .such as :

Tall – short      short – long       big – small

( Teaching intention : lay a fundation for the next learn)

3.       Presentation

(1)   Presentation of the new words

The teacher show the action of quiet , and say : Be quiet! And then let the Ss follow it , let the Ss say the demands quickly, such as: Tom /Betty/ Lily ……be quiet, please.

The teacher holds a long pencil and a short one and says: I have a long pencil and a short pencil. And then point to the hair , say : I have /she has long hair; he has short hair. The Ss follow the tape .pay attention to the usage of hair . It is an uncountable word.

(Teaching intention: Presentation of the new lesson. )

(2)   Practice

The Ss practice the sentences : He /she has long/short hair. I have long/short hair. The teacher can help the Ss to say how many opposite words do we learn?

Black- white , red – green , on – under , tall- short , long- short , big – small .

(Teaching intention : can review the new words in time and is good for the students to master the new contents.)

(3)   Presentation of the new words

The teacher chooses the two Ss , one is thin , the other one is strong .let the Ss know the meaning of “thin , strong” give an example : a thin book.

By the chant of Look at the cat, it is fat.let theSs understand the meaning of fat , we don’t use fat usually.

(4)   Practice

Practice in groups : I am /she / he/ Tom/My father is ……

(Teaching intention : can review the new words in time and is good for the students to master the new contents.)

(5)   Listening

Listen to the tape of Let’s learn and find the new words .

(Teaching intention: the Ss can be active by different kinds of activities)

(6)   Guessing game

Use the sentence pattern : My friend is strong .He/ she has….

And then guess the person we described. Who is he?

She has long hair . She has big black eye. She’s tall .Who is she ?

(7)   Let’s sing

Use the different forms and learn to sing the song.

(Teaching intention : the students can study happily, can foster the spirits of cooperation.)

4.      Consolidation and extension

Show a picture of the monster and find out who can say the more words. Such as : short legs , a ear , red hair , big mouth .

    单词thin, quiet的发音,是本课的难点,读单词thin时学生总是忘了伸出舌尖;而读单词quiet时学生总是张不开嘴,/ait/总是发音不到位。

Know the difference of the culture of manners about accepting presents.The foreign people like to open the presents when accept it.While our Chinese usually open it when the friends have gone.

4.Consolidaton and extension

Games : Play cards

The deskmates both do the decration of the characters: Wuyifan, Zhang Peng , A let B choose one. And one asks: What’s his name ?

And at last find out who has the more cards.

1.        Missing game

The teacher take away one picture, let the Ss guess which one is missing?

And continue guessing the other words.

2.        Play a game : to fill the letters

Divide the class into four groups, the teacher says the letters and the Ss write the letter. And then continue next one , we will find out who is quickest , and the most efficient.

Presentation

1.        Presentation of the new letters

During the game of writing , we can add the new letters:S , T , U , V , and find out the easy  wrong one .

The teacher sets an example of the letters , and help the Ss to write correctly.

本节课虽只有两个四会单词teacher,student ,但两个单词都比较长,不易记忆。一定要正确指导学生书写, 养成良好的书写习惯为今后的书写打下良好的基础, 教师要让学生掌握字母书写的基础上, 加强单词的书写水平。

            To master the four-skilled letters and sentences : Ww, Xx, Yy , Zz, boy , girl , friend .girl and friend both include Ii , r, , and the location are opposite. Remind the Ss of that.

            To ask the hobbies in English .

Use the slow action , teach the letters: W , X, Y , Z. The teacher sets an example of the right writing, pay attention to the difficult points.

Let the Ss say the words with the letters initially. One say it right will gets a praise.

2.        Read and write

Listen to the part of Read and write ,and then read after it .

The teacher goes to a boy, and says:

本教案写的很适合小学教师,我已看好几遍了.谢谢.
